Joan has worked in Cancer Care for 33 years, the past 10 years here in Australia. She was the Lead Chemotherapy Nurse and Advanced practitioner for her organisation in the UK, and is currently Nurse Manager of the Chemotherapy Day Units at Peninsula Health. Joan led the development of the Australian version of the Telephone triage toolkit with eviQ and joined the team again to lead the adaption of an international tool to the Australian context.
