Kerryn Philips is the Global Nurse Lead for GenesisCare's Skin Program which delivers radiation therapy with Skin as the target organ, and is responsible for providing leadership and support to deliver excellence in the nursing functions within the global skin programme. In her previous role with GenesisCare as the National Nursing Transformation and Development Lead, she facilitated optimisation of nursing performance and engagement across the Oncology Australia network, supporting nursing teams to provide consistent, high-quality consumer focussed care to patients, Her nursing career has spanned over thirty years in both primary and tertiary healthcare.
