I have been a cancer nurse for 20 years, with my main area of expertise being Radiation Oncology. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient departments, in a variety of roles including Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse, Associate Nurse Unit Manager and Nurse Unit Manager. My current role is Clinical Nurse in Radiation Oncology Out Patients. I am passionate about cancer nursing, about promoting cancer nursing education and knowledge at every opportunity. I love having influence in the cancer nursing space, promoting cancer education, knowledge sharing, networking, bringing nurses together to promote the professional. I am a committee member of the South Australian State Group of the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia. I have completed a Graduate Diploma in Oncology Nursing Science.
